Before I transitioned into online coaching, I spent 7 years working as a Physical Therapist, a Certified strength and conditioning specialist, became a certified Pilates Instructor and stick mobility instructor, and was featured in over 30 publications as a fitness model and freelance writer!

After injuring myself during a routine workout and going through weeks of pain that could have been easily avoided, I discovered the power of mobility exercise.
